Shipping & Returns

I charge a flat rate of $11.95 (postage and handling) on all purchases up to 4kgs Australia wide.  Unfortunately, I cannot offer international postage at present.

Free local pick-up is also available from my home in Flinders Park, South Australia (Western Suburbs).

Items will be posted within 3 working days of purchase.  Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification via SMS & Email with your tracking number.

 

Our return policy is if you receive your item damaged please email me a photo within 24 hours of delivery. If this does not happen then I cannot refund or replace it.

 

Exchanges and refunds are not offered for change of mind.
