  As my pieces are handmade, no two items are exactly the same and each has individual qualities.  Variations in size and colours are to be expected, that is the beauty of handmade.

While functional pieces are extremely durable, they are still able to break, hence please be careful when placing in the dishwasher that handles and rims aren't able to knock against other items.
Also with cups and mugs, it's important to avoid extreme, sudden temperature changes (eg from oven to freezer), thermal shock can cause cracks and breakages.

All the glazes I use are food-safe and hard-wearing.
